Pretty damn good.
However there are a few apparent issues I noticed pretty quickly.
Her foot has some weird looking curve near the top (right foot) looks a bit off.
Her rib cage could probably also be protruding out a bit more on her left side.
Her arm is also doing some weird curve (right arm) as well.

Great choice of colors, I love the hotness of the bottom portion of the piece. Everything about this is excellent.

All the proportions and anatomy in general in this piece seem really off.

Issues I am seeing are her groin should probably be more inward. Her left hand and arm have very little details compared the other one and it does appear smaller as well. Her right eye is bigger than her left. And finally the torso where the ribcage meets the tummy seems very small.

I like her, she looks really cute. You should probably save your files as PNG since it uses lossless compression apposed to jpeg.

Huh, heard that before, I think I'll start doing that so it the compression no longer messes with the artwork.

Oh wow, this is a very interesting piece. So many freaking arms, so much is going on. Drawing spider girls could potentially be a great way to practice arms and hands xD. Thing that is breaking it for me are mainly her legs and downward. Her feet look pretty confusing and I doubt she could walk on them and also the fur length on her left leg makes it look bigger than the other.

Oh the hands were a nightmare! But, they were good practrice indeed!
I had so much trouble with her feet and ohhh, I haven't noticed the thing about the fur, absolutely, one leg looks shorter than the other, thanks for letting me know, hehe.

Your form needs work on the main dude.
Are you trying to foreshorten his left arm? It looks more like he has a very short upper arm compared to his forearm. Hands need a bit of work too.

The butt looks great, spot on with that. It's the torso that looks a bit unfinished.
