The proportions seem a bit off. The head might be a little too big for this type of body. The legs seem a bit off too... but I just can't put my finger on it...

well, I was half asleep while drawing it so, it may be all off, though it could be cause of the cartoony design with more realistic proportions, though your guess is as good as mine.
